Choose the authorised way to pay.

Ask customer support for the authorised payment instructions or payment link for your invoice. Available methods depend on the payment arrangement enabled for your account. This information page does not take payments or collect card details.

1. Check your customer ID, invoice reference and amount in PKR.
2. Verify the merchant name, amount and genuine payment destination before approving.
3. Complete authentication only in the provider’s own payment interface.
4. Keep the transaction reference and receipt for reconciliation.

Pending, failed or duplicate payments

If your wallet or card has been debited but your invoice is not updated, contact us before paying again. A screenshot or bank debit alone does not establish that funds settled to the correct account. We will review the provider reference and payment record.
