LASANI NETWORKS / REFUND POLICY

Refund Policy

Clear information for our customers about services, payments and your next steps.

Effective date: 4 November 2026

01. Our refund commitment

Contact Lasani Networks if you believe a payment is incorrect or a paid service has not been provided as agreed. We review the transaction and service circumstances before confirming the amount to be refunded. Approved refunds are processed by Lasani Networks within seven calendar days of approval. Your bank, wallet or card provider may take additional time to display the returned funds.

02. When to contact us

Examples include duplicate payments, an incorrect amount charged, a payment applied to the wrong account, a paid installation that could not proceed, or a service not provided as agreed. These examples are not an automatic approval or a complete list of your rights. Each request is checked against the invoice, payment and service evidence and applicable consumer rights.

03. How to request a refund

Call 055 3202600 or email [email protected]. Include your customer ID, invoice or order reference, payment date, amount, payment method, transaction reference and the reason for the request. Share only necessary evidence. Do not send full card details, PINs, OTPs, passwords or CVVs. We may need account-holder verification before returning funds.

04. JazzCash and Easypaisa payments

For a wallet payment, keep the original transaction reference and payment receipt. We will reconcile the payment before confirming a refund. Where supported, refunds are returned through the original authorised payment route. A failed transaction or pending debit can instead require a provider reversal; the provider’s status and procedure determine the next step. Contact us before repeating a disputed payment.

05. Debit and credit card payments

For a card transaction, provide the merchant transaction reference rather than your full card number. Approved card refunds are normally returned to the original payment instrument where supported by the processor. Your issuing bank controls when the credit appears on your statement. We do not ask you to disclose an OTP, PIN or CVV to receive a refund. Your bank or card-provider dispute rights remain available.

06. Installation, equipment and used service

Where a request involves installation, equipment, a deposit or a partly used subscription, we will explain the relevant service terms and how any proposed refund amount is calculated. This policy does not introduce an automatic non-refundable charge, fixed deduction or blanket exclusion for used service. Any applicable adjustment must be explained against the agreed arrangement and your legal rights.

07. Tracking your request

We will communicate the outcome or explain what further information is required. Once approved, the seven-day period covers our refund processing; provider posting times can be longer. If funds are not visible after the provider’s expected period, contact us with the refund reference so the transaction can be traced.

08. Disputes and safety

If you disagree with the outcome, ask customer support to review the decision and provide the relevant evidence. You can also contact your payment provider or bank about its dispute process. Do not pay a new fee or transfer money to an unverified person claiming it is needed to release a refund. Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights.
