Effective date: 4 November 2026
01. About these terms
These terms explain the use of the Lasani Networks public website and the general conditions for requesting and using our internet and related services. Your confirmed order, package details and any specific written service agreement also apply. Mandatory consumer rights under applicable law are not excluded by these terms.
02. Service availability and orders
Availability depends on your address, network infrastructure and, where needed, a site assessment. A website enquiry does not guarantee activation. Before ordering, confirm the package speed, usage allowance, billing cycle, installation and equipment charges, taxes and any service-specific restrictions. Do not rely on historic tariffs or unconfirmed offers.
03. Customer responsibilities
Provide accurate contact and service information and keep account credentials private. Use the service lawfully. Do not attempt unauthorised access, distribute malware, interfere with networks or use another person’s identity or payment instrument without authority. Follow reasonable equipment and network safety instructions.
04. Billing and renewal
Pay the amount and currency shown on your authorised invoice; customer charges are ordinarily quoted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Review billing and renewal dates before paying. Suspension, renewal and cancellation arrangements depend on the confirmed package and service agreement. This public website does not create an automatic recurring card-payment mandate.
05. Payment gateways and authentication
Payment methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa and debit or credit cards where the relevant method is available for your invoice. Use only instructions or payment links verified with Lasani Networks. Authentication, wallet limits, card acceptance and processing rules are controlled by the relevant provider or bank. Enter payment credentials only in the genuine provider interface. Do not send PINs, OTPs, CVVs or full card numbers to our support team.
06. Payment confirmation and disputes
An attempted payment, screenshot or debit notification is not by itself final confirmation that payment settled against your invoice. Keep your transaction reference and receipt. If a payment is pending, failed, duplicated or allocated incorrectly, contact support before attempting another payment. We will investigate using the available transaction evidence. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, without limiting your bank or provider dispute rights.
07. Performance, maintenance and equipment
Actual connection performance can depend on network conditions, Wi-Fi coverage, your devices, power supply and external services. Maintenance and faults can interrupt service. Any specific service level, equipment ownership, deposit or return obligation must be set out in your confirmed service arrangement. Do not factory-reset supplied equipment without checking with support.
08. Changes, cancellation and complaints
Contact support to request package changes or cancellation and confirm the effective date and applicable charges. For a complaint, provide your customer ID and a description of the issue. We will explain the next steps. Any change to these published terms will show an updated date; it does not override rights or charges already agreed where applicable law requires otherwise.
09. Website information and external services
We aim to keep information accurate but package availability must be confirmed at order time. Linked payment providers and other external services have their own terms and privacy notices. We do not make a blanket guarantee that external services will always be available. Nothing here removes liability or a remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Contact
For service, payment or policy questions, call 055 3202600 or email [email protected]. Do not include secret authentication information in your correspondence.
